So I wanted to re-play the episode I had in my head when I made the decision to say YES to this trip, knowing it’d mean I’d need to give myself permission to take a break from my original plans. But knowing when to take a break and for how long, isn’t always the easiest thing to figure out. In this episode, I’m sharing 3 questions to help you determine when you might need a break from something in your life, and my best tip for how to give yourself permission to actually take it, guilt-free!
