We are well into January and perhaps (like me) you’ve been attempting to lean into one or more habits in these first few weeks of the new year. So, this seems like a good time to talk about the word consistency. In this episode, I’m sharing two ways I’ve been reframing consistency (i.e. tricking my brain) into not seeing every missed day of a new habit or inability to accomplish a new goal as a failure. My hope is these two mind tricks might help you also feel like you’re crushing it most days vs. failing!
